Shipping
In-stock orders placed after 1:00 CST will be shipped the next business day. Out of stock orders will be shipped in 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping charge within the U.S.A is $15.00.
Shipping charge outside the U.S.A. is $30.00.
Returns
If you are not happy with your dress, we will exchange it or refund your money…whichever you like. If you prefer a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent of the cost of the item. If you would like an exchange, please include a check in the amount of $15.95 to cover the costs of the exchange.
In order to exchange or to return an item you must notify us by phoning 512-899-8599 or emailing us at info@giadarocco.com within 3 DAYS of receiving the item. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. The item you return must be postmarked within that same 3 day period, and the package must be marked, on the outside, with the Return Authorization Number or the package will be refused and the shipper will return it to you.
Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the item in its original condition. We cannot refund shipping charges.
